For thus says the Lord YHWH:
Behold, I myself, even I,
will search for my sheep,
and will seek them out.
As a shepherd seeks out his flock
in the day that he is among his
sheep that are scattered abroad,
so will I seek out my sheep;
and I will deliver them out of all places
where they have been scattered
in the cloudy and dark day.
I will bring them out from the peoples,
and gather them from the countries,
and will bring them into their own Land;
and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel,
by the watercourses,
and in all the inhabited places of the country.
I will feed them with good pasture;
and on the mountains of the height of Israel shall their fold be:
there shall they lie down in a good fold;
and on fat pasture shall they feed on the mountains of Israel.

Only YHWH can accomplish this Mission, which He has also made our
Mission:

Organize them as His Nation in anticipation of the Remnant
Exodus.

Following are passages that foretell the re-gathering of the remnant of Israel to their Land in these last days.
Although YHWH scattered disobedient Israel to the four winds, He has kept a remnant of Israel for Himself.
Unless YHWH of Hosts had left to us a very small remnant, we would have
been as Sodom; we would have been like Gomorrah. Isaiah 1:9Listen to me, house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel,
that have been borne from their birth, that have been carried from the
womb; and even to old age I am he, and even to gray hairs will I carry you. I
have made, and I will bear; yes, I will carry, and will deliver. Isaiah 46:3-4Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the
election of grace. Romans 11:5
Before the Terrible Day of YHWH a faithful remnant of Israel will repent and return to YHWH and to Israel.
It will come to pass in that day that the remnant of Israel, and those who
have escaped from the house of Jacob ..shall lean on YHWH, the Holy One of
Israel, in truth. A remnant will return, even the remnant of Jacob, to the
mighty God. For though your people, Israel, are like the sand of the sea, only
a remnant of them will return. A destruction is determined, overflowing
with righteousness. For YHWH, YHWH of Hosts, will make a full end, and that
determined, in the midst of all the earth. Isaiah 10:20-23
I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: blood, fire, and pillars of
smoke. The sun will be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before
the great and terrible day of YHWH comes. It will happen that whoever
will call on the name of YHWH shall be saved; for in Mount Tsiyon and in
Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as YHWH has said, and among
the remnant, those whom YHWH calls. Joel 2:30-32
The House of David will be raised up to lead the remnant home. Shepherds will be appointed to care for His flock, which will be set in good order.
In that day I will raise up the tent of David who is fallen, and close up its
breaches, and I will raise up its ruins, and I will build it as in the days of
old; that they may possess the remnant of Edom, and all the nations who are
called by my name,” says YHWH who does this. “Behold, the days come,” says
YHWH, “that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the one treading
grapes him who sows seed; and sweet wine will drip from the mountains, and
flow from the hills. I will bring my people Israel back from captivity, and
they will rebuild the ruined cities, and inhabit them; and they will plant
vineyards, and drink wine from them. They shall also make gardens, and eat
their fruit. I will plant them on their Land, and they will no more be
plucked up out of their Land which I have given them,” says YHWH your
God. Amos 9:11-15
I will surely assemble, Jacob, all of you; I will surely gather the remnant
of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as a flock in
the midst of their pasture; they will swarm with people. He who breaks
open the way goes up before them. They break through the gate, and go
out. And their king passes on before them, with YHWH at their head.
Micah 2:12-13
I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I
have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be
fruitful and multiply. I will set up shepherds over them, who shall feed
them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall any be
lacking, says YHWH. Jeremiah 23:3-4
The gathering of the remnant of Israel from the nations has been foretold by many of the prophets.
I will bring Israel again to his pasture, and he shall feed on Carmel
and Bashan, and his soul shall be satisfied on the hills of Ephraim and in
Gilead. In those days, and in that time, says YHWH, the iniquity of Israel shall
be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall
not be found: for I will pardon them whom I leave as a remnant.
Jeremiah 50:19-20
YHWH appeared of old to me, saying, Yes, I have loved you with an
everlasting love: therefore with loving kindness have I drawn you.
Again will I build you, and you shall be built, O virgin of Israel: again you shall
be adorned with your tambourines, and shall go forth in the dances of those
who make merry. Again you shall plant vineyards on the mountains of
Samaria; the planters shall plant, and shall enjoy its fruit. For there shall be a
day, that the watchmen on the hills of Ephraim shall cry, Arise, and let us
go up to Tsiyon to YHWH our God. For thus says YHWH, Sing with
gladness for Jacob, and shout for the chief of the nations: publish, praise, and
say, YHWH, save your people, the remnant of Israel. Behold, I will
bring them from the north country, and gather them from the
uttermost parts of the earth, along with the blind and the lame, the
woman with child and her who travails with child together: a great
company shall they return here. They shall come with weeping; and with
petitions will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by rivers of waters, in a
straight way in which they shall not stumble; for I am a father to Israel, and
Ephraim is my firstborn. Hear the word of YHWH, you nations, and declare it
in the islands afar off; and say, He who scattered Israel will gather him,
and keep him, as shepherd does his flock. For YHWH has ransomed
Jacob, and redeemed him from the hand of him who was stronger than he.
They shall come and sing in the height of Tsiyon, and shall flow to the
goodness of YHWH, to the grain, and to the new wine, and to the oil, and to
the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered
garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all. Jeremiah 31:3-12
Thus says YHWH of Hosts: “If it is marvelous in the eyes of the remnant
of this people in those days, should it also be marvelous in my eyes?” says
YHWH of Hosts. Thus says YHWH of Hosts: “Behold, I will save my people
from the east country, and from the west country; and I will bring them, and
they will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem; and they will be my people,
and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.” Zechariah 8:6-8
The remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah will again take root
downward, and bear fruit upward. For out of Jerusalem a remnant will go
forth, and survivors will escape from Mount Tsiyon. The zeal of YHWH of
Hosts will perform this. Isaiah 37:31-32
“In that day,” says YHWH, “I will assemble that which is lame, and I will
gather that which is driven away, and that which I have afflicted; and I will
make that which was lame a remnant, and that which was cast far off a
strong nation: and YHWH will reign over them on Mount Tsiyon from
then on, even forever.” Micah 4:6-7
The restored remnant will be made mighty, and their enemies will be destroyed before them.
The remnant of Jacob will be in the midst of many peoples, like dew from YHWH,
like showers on the grass, that don’t wait for man, nor wait for the sons of men.
The remnant of Jacob will be among the nations, in the midst of many
peoples, like a lion among the animals of the forest, like a young lion among the
flocks of sheep; who, if he goes through, treads down and tears in pieces, and there
is no one to deliver. Let your hand be lifted up above your adversaries, and
let all of your enemies be cut off. “It will happen in that day,” says YHWH,...I
will execute vengeance in anger, and wrath on the nations that didn’t
listen.” Micah 5:7-15The remnant of Israel will not do iniquity, nor speak lies, neither will a deceitful
tongue be found in their mouth, for they will feed and lie down, and no one will
make them afraid.” Sing, daughter of Tsiyon! Shout, Israel! Be glad and rejoice
with all your heart, daughter of Jerusalem. YHWH has taken away your
judgments. He has thrown out your enemy. The King of Israel, YHWH, is in the
midst of you. You will not be afraid of evil any more. In that day, it will be said to
Jerusalem, “Don’t be afraid, Tsiyon. Don’t let your hands be weak.” YHWH, your
God, is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you
with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing. I will
remove those who grieve about the appointed feasts from you. They are a
burden and a reproach to you. Behold, at that time I will deal with all those
who afflict you, and I will save those who are lame, and gather those
who were driven away. I will give them praise and honor, whose shame has
been in all the earth. At that time will I bring you in, and at that time will I
gather you; for I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the
earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes, says YHWH.
Zephaniah 3:13-20
It will happen in that day that YHWH will set his hand again the second
time to recover the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Egypt,
from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the
islands of the sea. He will set up a banner for the nations, and will assemble
the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the
four corners of the earth. The envy also of Ephraim will depart, and those who
persecute Judah will be cut off. Ephraim won’t envy Judah, and Judah won’t
persecute Ephraim. They will fly down on the shoulders of the Philistines on
the west. Together they will plunder the children of the east. They will
extend their power over Edom and Moab, and the children of Ammon will
obey them. YHWH will utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his
scorching wind he will wave his hand over the River, and will split it into seven
streams, and cause men to march over in sandals. There will be a highway for
the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, like there was for Israel
in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt. Isaiah 11:11-16
Seek YHWH, all you humble of the land, who have kept his ordinances. Seek
righteousness. Seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of
YHWH’s anger. For Gaza will be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation. They
will drive out Ashdod at noonday, and Ekron will be rooted up. Woe to the
inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites! The word of YHWH is
against you, Canaan, the land of the Philistines. I will destroy you, that there
will be no inhabitant. The sea coast will be pastures, with cottages for shepherds
and folds for flocks. The coast will be for the remnant of the house of Judah.
They will find pasture. In the houses of Ashkelon, they will lie down in the evening,
for YHWH, their God, will visit them, and restore them. Zephaniah 2:3-7
The second Remnant Exodus shall be Greater than the First Exodus. Through it YHWH will magnify Himself before all the nations.
Therefore behold, the days come, says YHWH, that they shall no more
say, As YHWH lives, who brought up the children of Israel out of the
land of Egypt; but, As YHWH lives, who brought up and who led the
seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all the
countries where I had driven them. They shall dwell in their own
Land. Jeremiah 23:7-8
Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your heritage, who dwell by
themselves in a forest, in the midst of fertile pasture land, let them feed; in
Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old. “As in the days of your coming
forth out of the land of Egypt, I will show them marvelous things.”
The nations will see and be ashamed of all their might. They will lay
their hand on their mouth. Their ears will be deaf. They will lick the dust
like a serpent. Like crawling things of the earth they shall come trembling
out of their dens. They will come with fear to YHWH our God, and will
be afraid because of you. Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, and
passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage? He doesn’t
retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness. He will again
have compassion on us. He will tread our iniquities under foot; and you will
cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. You will give truth to Jacob, and
mercy to Abraham, as you have sworn to our fathers from the days of old.
Micah 7:14-20
